Sustainable flooring for the workplace
A sustainable and healthy workplace is a place where happier and more motivated workers thrive. Designing such a place has evolved, as workers concerns and the meaning of what it is to be sustainable have as well. Still three main goals remain: reducing carbon footprint, creating healthy workplaces, and designing efficient and profitable buildings. One of the most productive ways to cut down embodied carbon and reduce material use in the future is to increase flexibility and promote post-use recyclability. Also, sourcing products with sustainability credentials such as high recycled content and positively defined materials is a good foundation to build from when selecting products for your sustainable office.
